For example that I was more or less the only one here constantely saying that we won't uplist at the end of 2012 on our own based on the share price requirement and that we will need a RS in order to do so while everybody thought I don't get it how much the share price will improve during the year? 2 CC's ago I told Solomon that there is no way that we will uplist on our own with all the constant share financing. I'm sure you remember that. 6 months ago I said I would be thrilled to be at 1 buck at the end of 2012, at this time we were at 50-60 cents and since then we had 2 amazingly good quarterly reports.

Btw, do you guys ever sleep? Geez it's almost 4am here.
