There was an LLC formed in Arizona in Sept 2011---Larry Liang is a Manager/member along with this guy John Park of RCI Capital---see here:

I asked JB at my tour stop about this and he stated we hadn't had any dealings with them at that point--the connection was possible EB-5 funding...

this poster is pointing to a website that obviously doesn't have a high opinion of Mr Park...
