They own those shares for $4.35, if there's no settlement reached on 10/9 at that conference, then it will probably just take longer!
I think the buyers of the shares might have that already figured in, heck they may even have bought for the LONG haul.
and then again, maybe just maybe, they know more than the avg joe investor?(inside info or not!)
I hope Tuesday as a win-win for shareholders
The only thing I forsee possibly going wrong at this point is a leak of good news for VRNG and a BEAR RAID/SHORT ATTACK before the good news actually hits the wires...
obviously in an effort to scare people into selling , making them think the settlement talks didnt go well for Vringo!
