Assuming 2013 eps will be $1.10, I think there is a good chance Q1'14 will earn about 0.25-0.30 compared to 0.30 for Q4'13. I reckon there will be by then increasingly less seasonality with the FF and CF indoor business plus increased demand for their wholesale WSPS and restaurant business with Q1 being the Chinese New Year. The only 2 segments that wil stay seasonal will be the HU business and construction services.

If all share issuance is eliminated next year due to a bond offer, the 2013 eps can easily exceed $1.20, making a $1.40 by May'14 even more feasible.
