CTs are LBHI Preferreds shares. Now are they in the OBS? I am not sure. The plan Trust is a trust. So, they can techinically put more than just the cancelled preferreds and commons in there. We just dont know. One thing for sure is CTs are not cancelled and the perspecutus should stand but modified....go figure...devil
