This is nothing but minipulation with the low volume. It only take one person willing to sell to drive down the price. The sale was only for $62. Does that sound like a high roller? You could put in a bid for the 100 shares at .005 and if someone was hoping to dump some you would get your hundred and the price would go up 500%. Not real numbers until the volume is in the millions. I try not to look at it. There isn't many selling at that price. The ask is .004 which is realistic.
