If the "effective Immediately" has the same meaning as the dividends will be in shareholders' accounts within the next couple of weeks, also as currently working with the accountant, finra and the sec to have audited financials and uplisting to another exchange, or the buy back has already started ans has now a boost...

I am sure you remember very well all these very finite statements from Foxy Liar Roxy, for both EMXC and MPIX?

Why would it be any different now?
