¶ 1 TagLikeMe Corp. (TAGG) is an OTC reporting issuer under Multilateral Instrument
51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets and trades on the OTCQB
tier of the OTC Markets quotation system.
¶ 2 The Executive Director considers there are unexplained and unusual fluctuations in the
volume of, trading in, or market price of, the securities of TAGG.
The Order
¶ 3 Under section 89(1) of the Act, the Executive Director, considering it to be in the public
interest, orders that trading in the securities of Quest is halted until the end of
