Unfortunately the company is wasting time, energy and money on a law suit that even if they were to win, would most likely be worthless or have little to no award to them

SLMU management needs to worry about the business of SLMU.

There is nothing wrong with filing a lawsuit if SLMu management think they were 'wronged', but to issue such a meaningless press release is truly sad.

Yet again, SLMU management have displayed there inept business acumen.

This particular lawsuit will probaby do more harm than good for SLMU and its shareholders: Anytime a public company goes after a former insider (management or board), most of the DIRT will come out. Not that SLMU initiated a law suit against Charles Bryant, I am guessing that My Bryant will turn and offer everything he knows about SLMU to the SEC and any other governing city, state and federal agency regarding SLMU, DSTI and MM.

As a former executive and board member, I would imagine he has insight to most of the 'stuff' that happened internally.

As for the lawsuit - What will SLMU get if they win the case. Moreover, these types of cases take years to go to trial, if it ever goes to trial. Based on what I know and what I assume, all of which is derived from public information, I would imagine the 'stuff and dirt' that Bryant discloses will be a the death kiss for SLMU.

I cant believe SLMU would spend $900 on issuing this useless and worthless press release. What a shame that SLMU shareholders are led to beleieve their only hope is based on a lawsuit against an individual.

Here is a hint to MM (because I know you and Orsay ready the message boards): ISSUE A PRESS RELEASE GIVING A CORPORATE UPDATE and a business plan for the future.
