Exactly what date did it hit .0006?

I know it says that's the 52 week low on the OTC "quote" page but that price isn't reflected on the 1 or even 2 year OTC chart. Is this chart not to be relied on? Enlighten me http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MPIX/chart
