He sort of waffled IMO on the complete ending of dilution to raise capital...at least that's how it took it. I took it as no more dilution was needed now...in the present and near future...as to the very far future...who knows.

I'm not going to say a r/s could not happen...because it has and in an unfortunate way...but no...IMO no contemplating a r/s by Webber...I think he is unsure as to how he is going to buy back what he promised with what funds he will be working with...that's my take of it.
