I am sure the lawyers will have some explaining to do as well. in fact when most end up like this in a legal mess once "downtown" the finger pointing back and forth get fierce.

And just think of this, how does jeff now get out of the premeditation of the act? He intended to give them those shares free trading and knew exactly what it took for them to be or not to be. This premeditated act tells us he intended to do harm to his victims which leads to harsher penalties.
