Bamaboy101, true nothing is clear. In July on facebook, I see a response by SSOL to a question, saying that all contracts in the IID are permit ready. Another question was, how many contracts remain in the IID. SSOL responded with Six Total. So I'm assuming these are the joint construction projects with SSOL and BBLU/Xnergy and would include XL Fuels and Ken Vong Farms/Life-Time Harvesting since they are in Thermal, Ca.

I missed seeing on facebook that those two contracts were included in the six contracts. Facebook usage is not my forte. I was hoping that the six were all new contracts. But even so,SSOL just keeps finding ways to increase business.
