This company evidently recieved financing back in Sept, you should read thru the SB-2 filing they put out on 8/25/05. Basically the company gave 2.5 billion shares up for funding of about $16 million from I believe a company called Golden Gate Investors. So this company doesn't seem to be wasting anytime getting their money back. ARCA a market maker is cleary selling these shares and driving the price down in the process. It's hard to say how much of the total they will sell or when they will stop. We might not see a real run until this financier runs out of shares to sell. Even with these guys in the picture though our O/S is at 3.5 billion and at .01 our Market cap is only $35 million.
