MIKP isn't being traded by Pink sheets(aka OTC Markets) right now.

OTC Link and the OTCBB are simply interdealer quotation systems. They are not stock exchages and companies that are quoted via them are not "listed" stocks. No stocks are traded "by" them. MIKP is not being quoted anywhere because it is a grey market stock.

It's being traded at the Nasdaq OTC desk.

No, it's not.

First of all NASDAQ is an automated quotation system and does not have a "floor desk" at all. Second, FINRA owns the OTCBB, not NASDAQ. All OTC trade data is fed to FINRA, which used to be named NASD.

Perhaps you are confused because OTC Markets removes the trade data feed on ALL grey market and caveat emptor stocks from their website whereas you can see it on other websites, including iHub and Yahoo! Finance. That doesn't mean that MIKP is being traded "by" iHub or Yahoo!. Their websites are just reporting the data feed from FINRA whereas OTC Markets doesn't.

I tried to explain all of this in my reply to your original post on this matter. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=80185423

I hope it is clearer breaking it out as above.
