Been here long enough to see $.0055 shares, so I really can't believe this there is any certain death for commons here. Price is still twice what it was six months ago and the only difference is the Court is closer to a decision on POR.

So here's my question. If current POR is approved, are commons cancelled? I don't see that certain language in the current POR to be decided in a week.

If POR doesn't cancel commons, then what the heck are people bashing this stock for...? except the obvious short opportunity. A valuable asset remains in TSTRQ's possession and several buyers (companies) exist.
