He may be talking about Dow and Nasdaq stocks. They do and that is required. But you won't see it with OTC stocks. Only a handful will give you a months notice.

Most will just announce it then RS ASAP!

If I got it right; "That's my one for the year!" If this had been an actual trading emergency you would have been instructed "TO NOT LISTEN TO ME!" There is no substitute for your own DD!!!
