The old Mindpix shell was in Nevada

It was incorporated there on 2/27/2004 by someone completely unrelated (filed the same day: ARTICLES OF CONVERSION FILED CONVERTING PRIMEHOLDINGS.COM, INC., A DELEWARE CORPORATION NOT QUALIFIED IN NEVADA (THE CONSTITUENT ENTITY) INTO THIS CORPORATION (THE RESULTING ENTITY). (5) PGS. DEG.) It appears to have been inactive between 7/11/2008 and 8/24/2011 when it was "reinstated" --presumably aquired by Roxy as a shell company to exploit.

Get this:

Roxy immediately filed their overdue "Annual List" with the Nevada SOS on 4/2/2012-- the VERY SAME DAY EMAX was suspended by the SEC!!! Nothing like a governmental kick to the backside to get this group scrambling LOL. As we all know, Roxy incorporated EMAX MEDIA in Georgia the very next day. They too are listed as "noncompliant"
