I think it just shows selecting patients from a small and biased sample can generate very surprising result. If you look at crossover patients after crossover: ORR 0% 0%, mPFS 1.8m, 2.9m, thus the "2nd line" patients on 340 dose group got large survival benefit from very limited treatments on TH302. Compare to 1st line patients on 240 and 340 dose group, mPFS 5.5m, 6m as proxy of treatment received, mOS 8.7m, 9.2m.
