I am always able to get in touch with someone at the company. If they weren't answering your call I'm sure there is good reason for it, as in they were busy. And to be completely honest with you (which is what you want), posting about it on a public message board gives the impression that you're trying to incite fear.
Who is blaming the shareholders and customers?? They simply stated that the delays have been out of their control. Where is the finger pointing in that?
