fwiw to anyone. on television tonight here in kansas city, they had pictures of the b-1 bombers taking off from whiteman air force base. normally they fly direct and back round trip because they take a hole lot of maintenance to keep them flying. they may be basing them in the indian ocean base somewhere. who knows. jim
