Trust is a very powerful thing.. It's almost like the check's in the mail and Hope and Change.. Until there are any proof that #8 is the charm after the first 7 did not produce earnings,, they will on the $3.5 Billion dollar Contract that continues to be mentioned ..

I think the fact that this new contract is 1,367,000 TIMES LARGER.. than all other contracts combined when one looks at the first 7,, there will be more than hope hitting the bottom line..
