I have heard all this before, with Spongetech (SPNG)

I heard a million stories, of course all lies, and in the end

FBI, DOJ, SEC enforcement actions


same exact stuff

1. We had no idea ( meanwhile the SEC was there for a while)

2. We are doing everything to cooperate with the SEC Investigation
(boys turn the shredders on)

3. All the things we filed and press released are true(lies)

4. We are in the process of filing for a 15c-211 to get off the grey market( FREE koolaid & carrots)

5. We have a MM to sponsor us( more refreshments)

6. We have a settlement with the SEC( more lies)

7. The Wells Notice is just a notice from the SEC saying everything is going "well" (hilarious)

8. If the SEC and shorts try to stop us, we will just take the company private ( Organic Carrot)

9. Once we are bought out for (X) per share, this SEC suspension, Wells Notice, or anything else wont matter, so Investors Win ( Top shelf Koolaid)
