CELG / CELGZ:

Sally had a nice write up on excitement for Nab-paclitaxel (Abraxane) at ESMO
http://pharmastrategyblog.com/2012/09/prospect-of-abraxane-in-pancreatic-cancer-excites-esmo-2012.html/

Peter Droppet also had some positive remarks and a short article available from his twitter feed (also linked in Sally's article)

Its not specifically mentioned in Sally's article but the discussion does talk about the importance of going after the stomal layer which is exactly what PEG-PH20 (from Halozyme) does. I am cautiously optimistic that it will be a strong drug in pancreatic cancer if Abraxane ends up with good results. I posted a link to a preclincal paper (here or the Halo board) which had impressive results. They should be completing the dose randomization portion of the phase 1 (if haven't already) and be in the second part of the study. Hopefully there is an update at their R&D Day in a couple days.
