understand where you're coming from.

It was the US gov't. that:

refused to investigate it for over a year
refused to testify about it under oath
refused to release video footage of what hit the pentagon
refused to listen to intelligence stating bin laden determined to attack
controlled the skies
that used the attack as a reason to invade two countries

perhaps they were not working alone but they alone had the ability to prevent it

and again.. it wasn't the USA... it was the government, not the country
