Well it would be real turn around situation if Q4 turns out to be better than Q3.
Management is expecting more sales happening during the period of Q3 which may get pushed over to Q4. In the meantime if BLGA gets couple of multi million dollars contract national or international Q4 should be even way better than Q3.
50 cents share price is not impossible in that case towards EOY since this was a $7 in the past.
Anything can happen with low floater.
