Horseshoe... I know you're bi-polar but calm down on the lawsuit. No fraud was committed unlike the previous management. Incompetence, yes! I often rant on this message board because I know Sawdin reads it. I feel its productive*. He needs an idea of shareholder sentiment, but a lawsuit and they would just walk away. That would be unproductive.

*please note as time goes by the more I think he does not care.
