Noting is due technically but you would think out of consideration for the shareholders, they would release this info in a timely way as a show of good faith. They have announced that they plan to use shares for their new acquisition but they steadfastly refuse to do anything remotely resembling corporate disclosure. They also refuse to set up an investor relations function preferring instead to whisper sweet nothings into the ears of a select few shareholders that they view as friendly to their interests.
You may think this may not matter and obviously they are so clueless that they believe it as well but financials do matter. No one is buying the stock because no one knows what these clowns are doing. People are passing on this when they look at the ticker because there is nothing to see.

There is no defending their silence on these matters. People keep giving them a pass. They are just plain wrong.
