I doubt accounting firms can be an Independent Auditor if they receive compensation in shares or own shares of clients. Of course Bradford only provided compilation services, so professional standards may not apply. Bradford deals with bottom-of-barrel clients, so who knows. I think the share dumping is from Sully Sullivan of BigBiz, who promised not to sell shares while the infomercial was running.

Let me opine on another matter -- the $80 mm of accrued commissions to HH/SP is not a debt, but a payable contingent on such commission being earned, which it will never be.

All the prior financial statements were presented as "pro formas" while this one is issued as Actual. The distinction is that the succeeding financials can't just ignore the prior period reported earnings/assets when inventing more revenue/assets from thin air. They will have to address the prior reported numbers. I am looking forward to HH avoidance of ever explaining or writing anything off, so guess we are in for a lot more fake financials.

It's great to see the "market" reacting to the news that was suppose to prove something, but just confirmed HH is an unrepentant liar and con artist willing to make false/misleading statements on end. I am entertained.
