In regards to Dr. Spertzel's Q&A, I believe he would disagee with your assertation that the mfg. biological and radiological weapons are as easy as you would claim. Chem weapons are the poor man's WMD. Easier to mfg, a lot more difficult to employ effectively.

Question for you: How many people would eventually die if the smallpox virus was introduced into the HVAC system of a large office building. 5,000? 10,000? 20,000? 30,000? Higher???
