Actually some good points there. However, as has been pointed out on numerous occasions here, the SEC has already imposed the suspension on GTGP and at least 15 other companies. I am sure each company has a different story line.

The only place I have seen reference to GTGP scurrying to file long past due filings is in the letter to shareholders posted on this board. CEO claims that the SEC told him to file on Edgar. I choose not to believe that the SEC even told GTGP go "go ahead and file and all will be peachy." That is not the way the SEC works. In fact, movement to grey does not absolve GTGP of the requirement to file. Going forward on grey is another matter since it is non reporting. But being relegated to grey in no way absolves GTGP of the previous filing requirements that they blew off.

SEC has already made a decision based on the facts as they have them. Don't you find it odd that no where in the suspension notice did the SEC ever state that delinquent companies had been requested to file missing documents? GTGP and those other companies knew the filing requirements and chose to ignore them. It took the SEC many years to take action against GTGP but when they acted they came down the way the Government invariably does ... they came down hard. GTGP had plenty of time to make amends. They failed and now they are paying the price.

Yes, GTGP will trade on greys on Monday. No argument there. I happen to think it will be a bloodbath ... but what the heck do I know? Only watched several hundred companies go down that slippery slope. Others here have seen way more of that than I have.

But to conclude that GTGP will succeed where virtually all who went before them have failed is more than a stretch. It is, IMO, a fantasy.

I don't want anyone here to lose money. What is done is done. However, IMO jumping on the buy bandwagon on Monday will be disastrous to one's net worth. I certainly do not intend to roll the buy dice on Monday or at any time after that.

Each will make his/her own decision. And that's the way it should be. GLTA.
