The SEC hasn't asked for them, can you show me exactly where the SEC has requested such information? From an SEC source?

Sorry but Jim's statement doesn't count, that is his words and his interpretation.

The SEC hasn't requested anything as they have already done their action which was to suspend the company and then let FINRA do their thing and send it to the greys.

The fins are no longer relevant due to the actions already taken place.
