Yes, it can, but that’s not your hypothesis; rather, your hypothesis is that all eight MNTA insiders with 10b5-1 plans (6 officers and 2 directors—see #msg-79171775) had 10b5-1 algorithms that specified an increased price threshold in September 2012 relative to all prior months. Not likely, IMO.
