Hmmm. Can't agree with all that much of that. I agree that Nemegosenda is a bigger fish in a larger barrel... and that success in getting Nemegosenda through feasibilty and into production will be about dollars and not nickels or dimes, etc.
But, the fact right now... is that SRSR is still trading for less than a dime (even if perhaps not for too much longer)... when a success in proving a million ounces in the first of Shining Tree's highly prospective leases... would give SRSR a market value more than three times what it is now... based on ONE property... when they're now up to FIVE... with more than one that appears individually capable of hosting "at least" that sort of resource potential.
Timing wise... I agree Nemegosenda is going to happen first, anyway, mostly as a function of the timing issues in the market need, changes occurring in niobium markets, and the fact that how timely niobium is now pairs up really well with the extent of exploration work already done, and what that has proven in Nemegosenda's unique qualities, etc., and, of course, the extent of management effort applied in positioning it to be ready for moving it forward... now.
The gold properties are earlier stage exploration efforts...
But, when we're to the point that the niobium project is moving forward under its own power, and following its own star... if you will... ? We're just now still at the point of beginning the process that will lead to that... and, as that process begins to evolve, gaining a bit of synergy from concurrent successes occurring in the other projects... certainly isn't going to be a bad thing...
Otherwise, I'm not going to be mucking about much, now, in the company's plans for financing Niostar... which all seems to be well in hand in any case... beyond noting what the company says in news, when its ready, and noting what Webpence is able to extract from surfing Chinese websites, etc. Until they're getting more work done at Nemegosenda, and are ready to give us access to the results of that work to tear into... there's just not much DD to be done, there...
So, for me, it's not a question of relative value in the properties, rather than a question of timing... and of relative value in how you allocate your own limited time in doing the DD... given all the various things you could be spending time doing the DD on.
Deadmoose is a tough DD nut... because we know so little about it... as it's a green field requiring basic exploration. That's true of some Shining Tree properties, too, but, they're not all exactly "green" field moose pasture, rather than "brown" fields that have been previously trod... giving us lots to do in checking out their history, knowns in the geology, etc.
There's value in the DD effort... and, "I just can't be concerned at this point whether its adds a dime, dollar or more to the multi dollars Niostar will bring as by the time Niostar gets there the other properties will sort themselves out"... really isn't the point... ? So, I guess I agree that "I just can't be concerned at this point whether its adds a dime, dollar or more to the multi dollars Niostar will bring"... but, that's because it's premature to have that concern... while its never premature to focus on doing the DD that you can, when you can... so, I'll not use future potential as a reason to advocate for ignoring or missing timely opportunities in the near term...
