What would stop the Pakistanis from warring with India over Kashmir?

What would change the Saudi school system?

What would stop the Bengladeshi from murdering the Hill Tract People?

How do you get the Afgan tribes to get along?

How do you get Osama to give up his notion that HIV was designed in the US to kill off people in the middle east and Africa?
