well I guess the thing to do would be for the US surrogate to hide out in some place like azerbaijan and make threats against Iraq, and syria, set off some bombs at public buildings, machine gun a few people in Mecca, supply chemical weapons to the southern Sudanese, get a spokesperson for the Great Non Aligned Nation to give videotapes to CNN, and threaten the Islamic world with a crusade unless the Islamic world repents. when Osama goes after Britain, the Great Non-Aligned Nation can stage world wide peace rallies which deny Britains involvement, agreeing that Jack Straw is a devilish man, but world wide terrorism is bad.
