I am not entirely sure how to count this. It is too easy to double count this mess, or half count parts of it they way they file this nonsense. If you have Fidelity see this:

Depending on what and how you count. I think the insiders shares is between 8.5 million and 11 million, and I also think there is a third JV french partner with a lot of shares from the December R/M merger buyout, new French drug purchase-financing deal, that would not be likely to sell this early in the ball game of a long term JV deal. You need to go back to December 2011 and read every stinking SEC filing, and stand on your head a few times along the way to figure out what is what here, LOL!!!
