termination of 10b5-1 plans

Way back when I was a shareholder in IGEN when they canceled their plan ahead of the Roche acquisition. They announced it at the time, and I think it is likely that if the Plan had been canceled MNTA would announce it too. (IGEN management was definitely on the sleazy side).

It is possible that the share price thresholds that the execs set out in their plans simply have not been met.
