Larry, in downtrends we normally stay below the 13-EMA on the NDX and COMP except during options expiration.

Today's 13-EMA on the daily NDX is 990. I say odds favor we close under that today and tomorrow and as long as this downtrend is operative.

However, that doesn't make me bullish or bearish. It makes me realistic.
