daddio9, RFMK CLEARLY defined Cannacig as Drug Paraphernalia when they 1st started PRing it, Federal law is clear, distributing Drug Paraphernalia across any US International or State border is a criminal act, the Feds could easily charge everyone involved with the distribution of Cannacig, they can also seize the entire load at the border, they can seize all of RFMK if they wanted and just let the US attorneys sort it out.
