i don't doubt you're tenure and appreciate it -

as you correctly point out this financing not as bad as convertible w/timetables.

i see it these guys are making a logical bet the time is right for pot now. Owning 145mill shares going into the next 6mo gives them all kinds of options to make great dough at much higher prices -

plus when they do decide to cash out, there are ways of doing it with little impact to the pps

hoenstly the productes look good as do the endorsements -

they don't need to export, they can do amazing sale right here at home imo
