Ill like Kobe, the thing that people dont realize is that the States cant actually legalize Marijuana, they can only decriminalize it, ie. remove it from their codes or just not enforce their existing laws, this is because Marijuana is still illegal under Federal law, there is nothing there for the States to sue over, its long established law, and this situation doesnt exacltly do RFMK any good since their primary product is illegal to import, distribute, and export under Federal law, so there again, the Feds could put the whole operation to sleep on a whim.

On a similar note, I recently attended a dinner party with my Congressman, Cliff Stearns, and when he was asked about Medical Marijuana, he said that there is some movement in the House to reschedule it down, but that he thinks it would only be 1 level, where the narcotics are, and if so, Federal regulations would require that it only be distributed through licensed Pharmacies, his words, "be very carefull what you wish for".
