Ill like Kobe, ALL of the funding that RFMK has recently announced is Equity Based, that means dilution, they are selling shares in a private placement, this is also known as PIPE funding, the thing that strikes me most about this funding is the fact that they went outside of the RFMK stakeholders to get it, and OFFSHORE no less, youd think that at the very least the operators of RFMK would offer private placement, and/or holdings equalization to existing RFMK shareholders before going outside, but even more currious is the fact that neither Millionaire, Ms Shuman, or any of her Mega-Rich-Star buddies, dared to risk a mere $4M into RFMK, VERY TELLING INDEED.
