Oh, OK, that must have been to help some of the old stock holders sell what few shares they had left after the R/M nearly wiped them out, and before Preferred shares were converted common and then the R/S ran the float down to almost nothing again. IIRC the float is under 5 million shares, and very few shares have been traded all year. The price is down about 90% from the 52 week high. That high was before the preferred conversion and R/S nearly wiped out every one else. I have traded this one since 2009. But it is a new animal now!!!
Ambition with out knowledge is like ship in dry dock. Going nowhere fast!
