Just researched "K&L Gates", the law firm that represents them (I'm in the Litigation Information biz) and they aint messin around. 7th largest law firm in the US, high ranking, offices world wide.

Anti trusts, contract, all the good stuff.

Don't know if any of this helps, thought I'd throw it out as a "real deal" thing
