Probably if truth be told and All the facts known another reason was to thwart off a law suit or two.

What would be the grounds to sue Chang? Are the banks sued when they foreclose on a loan due to them? If they repo a car because someone can't make the payments, is it their fault?

Dr. K had those that lost money in VSPC thinking DP was ready to sign a deal as well as others, and that GKG was the talk of the world. Blogs were written (paid for by VSPC) suggesting GKG was the way to a new Saudi Arabia. The 2nd closing was suppose to be ALL CASH and Karl had the time to sign a deal before it occurred.

Yet 4 plus years later NOT ONE FREAKING DEAL has been signed except the one where China Gate sold Karl a worthless sub license. China Gate is the ONLY company other than the inventor that has sold any grass that can be documented.

Much of the alternative energy market is a scam. At least Karl had the decency to put in the filings how worthless the sub license was.

Karl announced the separation months ago. If anyone wants GKG they don't have to wait on "tha terms" to be agreed upon. China Gate can sell them all the grass they want.......except in Guangdong and North America, of course.

If Chang sells them a sub sub license he is actually being gracious. VSPC had a non-competitive clause as I recall in the agreement VSPC defaulted on.

He grants/sells an even more WORTHLESS sub sub license to VSPC and it stops a lawsuit or two?
