I agree with that. But if there was any chance of anything like that happening, we probably would have seen an "audit" with verified documents and not a "compilation" with unverified company provided documents.

It just doesn't make any sense why they would pay an auditor to compile unverified documents. The result is a compilation that does not appear any more valid than any company provided financials we have seen before.

That is why I continue to think that the allure of audited financials served a purpose. Then, once millions of shares were moved, we get the compilation. Who knows? Something sure doesn't seem kosher.
