I do not doubt your information about Islam's long history of bloody wars and oppression. I believe it and you on the subject.
I didn't dismiss it but didn't acknowledge it properly either when I said that it's more important what's going on now than what happened so long ago.
When you read the Koran, you do have to take into account what was going on in that time period though and there are other quotes that point one to an opposite conclusion... a contradiction if you will. I think that Islam like all religions is used when it's convenient to justify barbaric imperialism. Islam is certainly not alone in this, i.e. the Roman Church.
And what the Koran says about women is pretty disgusting. Agreed, point proved.
Did I not show that corporations are in league with the government to further their agendas through the illiegal use of our military. And did I not show that the US government has a history itself of naked agression for political and economic goals?
If you don't bring the role of the elite into this equation, you will not have a complete picture of what's happening.
