Interesting and hopefully great news for wary investors. Are the nature of the transcripts or updates of the proceedings available online such as for example; Pacer updates, as have been posted here before concerning the SEC case etc.
Is there any public knowledge as to the nature of these proceedings?
Seeing JBI and JB being a plaintiff in a court proceeding seems to be a rare yet welcome event.
