but would there have been an opposing force that would have complained about KMAG to the SEC, this would have taken time and dd, something a competitor would try, in order to blacken KMAG, just a thought and imo.
I don't think an ordinary competitor would even think of doing that. A competitor's interest in KMAG would be obvious, and the SEC would look into it carefully.
While the SEC welcomes (but frankly, rarely acts on) the complaints it receives, it doesn't take action without further investigation.
